1. Digital Fonts are protected by the copyright.
2. When purchasing a font you effectively only
purchase the right to use that font. You become
a licensed user, not an owner of the font.
3. By buying one font licensed you can use the
font for maximum three Computers. (If you need
more than 12 licenses, feel free to contact me.)
4. Your license only allows storing fonts for
back-up purposes on non-public devices or
storage systems.
5. Users are allowed to pass on fonts for output
of documents, providing that the fonts are used
for output purposes only.
6. Luzi Type only allows the use of webfonts via
fontdeck. Self-hosting, javascript or other
techniques are not allowed.
7. If documents with embedded fonts (PDF files)
need to be transferred or published on the
internet, the license owner needs to guarantee
that the documents are protected from theft.
8. Any modification of a Luzi Type fonts requires
prior written agreement by Luzi Type.
9. Trial versions are made for testing. If you want
to use the font in any way, except testing in
your office, you have to buy a full version.
